What better way to celebrate the 4th than with cupcakes of course!! These were Classic Golden Vanilla Cupcakes from Vegan Cupcakes Take Over the World. Iced with Vanilla Buttercream Icing, piped in star shapes and of course sprinkled with red and blue sugar. Best plain vanilla cupcakes EVER!!

I almost made the same cupcakes!!! But I gave my husband a choice, and he picked the maple pecan blondies instead. I will have to save my sprinkles for another time...
